About Us

Alarm.fo was founded in 2016 as a local company in the Faroe Islands, more specific on one small Island Nolsoy, and it is a part of the Kingdom of Denmark.

There has been a tendency of increased information and communication between various channels, since we have adapted the digital advantage in our lifestyle and moving towards cognitive business. One disadvantage is less time, when we spend more time on our digital devices.

Alarm.fo has developed an Application system that works as an instant information and communication portal that covers different company and municipal type needs within BtC, BtB and BtG, by ensuring that the user receives all information and communication through one app, instead of a mixture of applications, websites, SMS, e-mail, intranet and other feeds.

Our goal

The application is our attempt to accommodate the new digital needs, that are moving towards convenience and cognitive business approaches. Time is one of our most valued assets, therefore by offering to give citizens control of their time back is one of our main goals.
